TDX-2000 to be installed in Puerto Rico for USAF Air National Guard

DEWITT, NY - October 1, 1999 - Sensis Corporation was awarded a contract by the USAF Air National Guard to deliver, install, and test a TDX-2000 on an existing long range surveillance radar in Puerto Rico. Sensis has previously delivered more than 30 of the same model TDX-2000 to the USAF under the Surveillance Tracking and Radar Processor (STRAP) contract. Sensis provides the USAF TDX-2000 systems, site spares, installation, test, and training under the STRAP contract. The TDX-2000 replaces an existing digitizer which had become unsupportable and provides the Puerto Rican Air National Guard with improved surveillance availability and the advantage of common support with the existing STRAP units in the USAF inventory.
