Sensis Partners With Austro Control to Strengthen Technical Support to European MDS CustomersSensis Will Provide European Depot In Addition to Existing U.S.

DEWITT, NY – October 7, 2004 – Sensis Corporation announced that to further
augment its European customer support; it has named Austro Control its European
Depot Partner. Austro Control will provide technical support assistance and
spare parts storage to Sensis’ European Multistatic Dependent Surveillance (MDS)
system customers. With 24 hour, seven day a week technical support available
both via the company’s U.S. Response Center and a European Depot, European
customers will experience an even quicker turn around time for delivering spare
parts and responding to technical issues.
“As the Air Navigation Service Provider for Austria, Austro Control has
extensive experience operating and maintaining CNS/ATM equipment,” said Marc
Viggiano, president of Sensis’ Air Traffic Systems Division. “As a result they
have a special understanding of customer needs and expectations. This, coupled
with our strong relationship, developed during the successful development and
installation of A-SMGCS systems at Vienna International Airport and Innsbruck
Airport, will enable us to provide our customers seamless service.”
Initially, Sensis will train employees at Austro Control to perform problem
reporting and management and site level maintenance, in accordance with the
Sensis Maintenance Approach. Austro Control will also function as the European
MDS system spare parts depot responsible for spare parts replenishment and
replacement. Thereafter, Sensis will train Austro Control technical engineers to
provide advanced on-site diagnostics and technical support to Sensis’ European
MDS customers. The technical support engineer will diagnose the problem and
assist Sensis in quick problem resolution. Throughout the implementation of this
partnership and thereafter, Sensis will continue to provide 24/7 customer and
technical service support.

Sensis’ MDS multilateration technology is in operational use for ground
surveillance at London Heathrow Airport (England); Charles de Gaulle Airport
(France); and Vienna International Airport (Austria). Furthermore, Sensis MDS is
being installed for ground surveillance at five additional European airports –
Brussels Airport (Belgium); Frankfurt Airport (Germany); Geneva International
Airport (Switzerland); Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (The Netherlands); and Zurich
Airport (Switzerland). For enhanced terminal surveillance, Sensis’
multilateration technology is being installed at Innsbruck (Austria) and
Frankfurt (Germany) Airports.
