Two Sensis Corporation Engineers Join Elite Group of Senior Fellows

Three Additional Engineers Chosen to Receive Senior Fellows Award

EAST SYRACUSE, NY – August 5, 2008 – Eli Perl and Mark Sabatino were unanimously chosen to become Sensis Corporation Senior Fellows, an elite group of engineers that have demonstrated preeminence in an engineering specialty, sustained technical contributions, and technical leadership.

“The Senior Fellows are an extraordinary asset to the company,” said Jud Gostin, President and CEO of Sensis Corporation. “They provide guidance and oversight of investments in the development of cutting edge technology and in new applications of existing technology.”

Eli Perl was recognized for his system engineering expertise, for holding two patents and for work on an advanced radar system which tracks movement on the airport surface. Mark Sabatino was recognized for his mechanical engineering competence, including contributions to several major mechanical systems and products. In addition to the technical contributions they make, Mark and Eli mentor less experienced engineers and help them develop disciplined skills that will enable them to contribute more independently to Sensis’ success.

One of the honors given to the Senior Fellows is the privilege of choosing the recipients of the Senior Fellows Award. George Couluris, Jenifer Herman and Dave Olster, have received the Senior Fellows Award, the highest engineering honor at the company. The award recognizes unique technical accomplishments and excellence in the areas of invention/patents, innovative solutions and fundamental research.

George Couluris was recognized for his major contributions to the design of an airspace modeling and simulation system for NASA which models and simulates the effects of proposed concepts to reduce delay and increase capacity on the national airspace system. Jenifer Herman was recognized for being a key software and systems engineer on many programs, including an airport surface surveillance system being deployed at 35 airports across the U.S. Jenifer has provided technical expertise, leadership, and comprehensive understanding of the complex system. Dave Olster was recognized for his dedicated leadership and significant contributions to the technical success of this airport surface surveillance system, as well as for establishing excellent customer relationships.

Gostin praised the achievements of the recipients, “The dedication and skill of these committed individuals is critical to the success of Sensis and makes us the competitive, innovative company we are today.”
