Y2K Upgrade Completed for Elmendorf
Air Force, Alaska, USADEWITT, NY - January 7, 2000 - Sensis completed the upgrade of two Control Maintenance Consoles for the Advanced Technology Radar Data Distribution System. Sensis upgraded
the operating system software required for proper time display on the Air Situation installing the required SUN OS SW patches, updating the software
baseline and associated configuration management services to make the ATRDDS system Year 2000 compatible.
Sensis designed, developed and installed the ATRDDS in 1995 reducing false plots from 10 radars using Multi-Scan Correlators, distributing the data
over a modern network and providing a graphical user display.
