» Jud Gostin, Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer
Jud Gostin, Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Gostin has served as Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer since mid-1985 when he founded Sensis Corporation. In this role, he develops the company's goals, vision and operating philosophy. Through his leadership and direction, Sensis has grown into a market leader of sensors and information technology for the world's militaries, civil aviation authorities, airports, and airlines, with technology deployed in more than 25 countries across six continents.

Before founding Sensis, Mr. Gostin was a Program General Manager within General Electric's Radar Systems Department, responsible for a major segment of that department's business. Through much of his General Electric career, he led the development of advanced air defense systems. Mr. Gostin has been awarded two patents and, in 1978, was selected from a population of about 5,000 engineers to receive the General Electric Centennial Award as the Electronic System Division's outstanding contributor. Mr. Gostin holds a BA and MSEE from Dartmouth College.

Larry Harris, Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Harris is the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Sensis Corporation. He is responsible for all aspects of the company's finance and accounting functions as well as investor relations. Mr. Harris has been in his current position since 1998 and formerly served as a business area manager for Sensis Corporation.

Prior to joining Sensis Corporation, Mr. Harris worked for 10 years at General Electric in a multitude of financial assignments, and three years at Syracuse China as director of financial operations. He received a BS from Cornell University and graduated from General Electric's Financial Management Program.

 
» Marc Viggiano, Senior Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer
Marc Viggiano, Senior Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer

Mr. Viggiano is the Senior Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Sensis Corporation. As CSO, Mr. Viggiano is responsible for the company’s worldwide strategic direction and leads the Strategy and Advanced Development Group. He also oversees the creation and maintenance of Sensis’ strategic technology roadmap and corporate research and development activities, including mergers and acquisitions; new business incubation; intellectual property licensing; and marketing activities, including internal and external communications, government relations and branding.

Prior to becoming CSO, Mr. Viggiano was President of Sensis Air Traffic Systems, where he was responsible for leading and promoting the development of next generation aviation data systems focusing on the future architecture of Communication, Navigation, and Surveillance/Air Traffic Management technologies. Additionally, Mr. Viggiano has more than 30 years of experience in the design and development of advanced sensor and communication systems including ground, air and space based radar, Air Traffic Control automation equipment and communication based train control systems.

Before joining Sensis Corporation, Mr. Viggiano worked in Advanced Sensor Systems within General Electric’s Aerospace Group. He received his MSEE from Syracuse University, BSEE from the Rochester Institute of Technology and is a graduate of the General Electric Advanced Course in Engineering.

 
» Peggy Dudarchik, Senior Vice President & Co-Director,

Peggy Dudarchik, Senior Vice President & Co-Director, Human Resources

Ms. Dudarchik joined Sensis in 1989 and currently serves as the Senior Vice President & Co-Director of Human Resources. In this role, she is responsible for strategic human resources planning, recruitment and staffing, employee development, training, benefits and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Sensis, Ms. Dudarchik spent nine years as a systems engineer with General Electric. As a systems engineer, she was involved in the design and development of detection and estimation algorithms for a passive sonar system for the U.S. Navy.

Ms. Dudarchik holds BS degrees in Education (Indiana University of Pennsylvania) and Electrical Engineering (University of Dayton) and MS degrees in Mathematics (Indiana University of Pennsylvania) and Electrical Engineering (Syracuse University) and graduated from the General Electric Advanced Course in Engineering.

Terry Flynn, Chief Learning Officer & Co-Director, Human Resources

Ms. Flynn is the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) & Co-Director of Human Resources for Sensis Corporation. She guides the creation and management of leadership and organizational strategic processes and programs that foster learning and continuous improvement. Ms. Flynn is also responsible for the design and development of organizational structures and systems supporting strategic goals and objectives, and for implementing the resulting initiatives.

Prior to joining Sensis Corporation, for fifteen years, Ms. Flynn served as the Principal and Founder of Odyssey Consulting Group where she worked with a variety of clients including Sensis Corporation, Tropicana Products, Harley Davidson, Nestle Foods and Carrier Corporation. Through Odyssey Consulting, Ms. Flynn provided numerous services including organizational design and development, labor relations, human resource systems management and leadership development. She has also been an adjunct faculty member at Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Policy.

Ms. Flynn holds an MS in Organizational Behavior from Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations, a BA in Psychology from the University of California at Santa Cruz and has served as a research fellow for the Center for Women in Government at the State University of New York at Albany.

Tom Uva, Chief Information Officer

Mr. Uva is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Sensis Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for the company's information technology strategy, deployment and management; systems applications and development; and IT infrastructure and protection. By leading the transition of information technology across the company, Mr. Uva works to align business and technology strategy with effective project execution and cost management, correlating technology investments with quantifiable business results.

Mr. Uva is also currently an adjunct professor at Syracuse University in the Center for Science and Technology in the School of Information Studies. Prior to joining Sensis Corporation, Mr. Uva was a Senior Director with Cendant Corporation where he was responsible for oversight and project intervention for the company's IT initiatives and the development and execution of their Project Delivery Center of Excellence.

Mr. Uva holds a MBA and a BS in Information Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Tony Albanese, Vice President & Director of Operations

Mr. Albanese is Vice President & Director of Operations (DOO) at Sensis Corporation. As DOO, Mr. Albanese is responsible for bringing world class systems, processes and procedures to Sensis’ manufacturing, supply chain and product support. In this capacity he oversees production operations, material management, product support, customer service, quality assurance, configuration management and field engineering.

Prior to becoming DOO, Mr. Albanese served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Sensis Air Traffic Systems where he was responsible for the day-to-day operation of the division. His responsibilities included strategy execution as well as broad oversight of budgeting, planning and forecasting, monitoring program execution for cost and schedule compliance, profit and loss, and development and implementation of the long-term strategy of the division.

Before joining Sensis Corporation in 1986, Mr. Albanese worked as a lead System Engineer for General Electric’s Aerospace Group. He received his MSEE from Syracuse University, BSEE from the University of Rochester and is a graduate of the General Electric Advance Course in Engineering.

Dave Kovarik, General Manager, Defense & Security Systems

Mr. Kovarik is the General Manager of Sensis Defense & Security Systems Division, where he is responsible for leading the establishment and realization of the division's strategic vision. In this role, Mr. Kovarik is focused on the development and deployment of next generation radar and security products required to predict, sense, adapt, classify, communicate and control the highly complex, integrated and changing military environment. Previously at Sensis, Mr. Kovarik has held the position of Air Defense Systems Strategic Pursuits Manager and Expeditionary Radar Business Segment Manager.

Prior to joining Sensis in 2002, Mr. Kovarik worked for 20 years in the design, development and management of complex radar and sonar systems at General Electric, Martin Marietta and most recently Lockheed Martin.

Mr. Kovarik holds a BS in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Clarkson University and an MS in Manufacturing Engineering from Syracuse University. He is a graduate of the General Electric Advanced Course in Engineering and received the Lockheed Martin NOVA award, the corporation's highest recognition for achievement.

Antonio (Tony) Lo Brutto, Vice President & General Manager, Air Traffic Systems

Mr. Lo Brutto is Vice President & the General Manager of Sensis Air Traffic Systems Division, where he is responsible for leading the development of next generation aviation data systems. As General Manager, he oversees all aspects of the business relating to Air Traffic Management technologies. Prior to this role, Mr. Lo Brutto held the position of Surface Systems Lead where he was responsible for worldwide development and deployment of surface surveillance products including ASDE-X, the world’s most capable A-SMGCS system. Mr. Lo Brutto also pioneered the development and deployment of multilateration systems for surface and wide area applications.

Mr. Lo Brutto has more than 23 years of experience in Aerospace and Defense related businesses. Prior to joining Sensis Corporation, he worked for Cardion Electronics as a Lead Systems Engineer for six years and as a Radar Systems Engineer at Westinghouse for eight years. Mr. Lo Brutto currently holds several patents on radar processing, a MS in Technical Management from Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Pratt Institute.

Ken Tollstam, Vice President & Director of Marketing, Planning and Strategy, Air Traffic Systems

Mr. Tollstam serves as Vice President & Director of Marketing, Planning and Strategy, Air Traffic Systems at Sensis Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for international business development and acts as senior advisor to the Sensis Air Traffic Systems’ General Manager, contributing to ATS strategy, tactics and actions.

Previously at Sensis, Mr. Tollstam was Vice President of Business Development. He has been involved in the early adoption and implementation of multilateration and ADS-B surveillance technology with customers in Europe, Asia and the United States.

Prior to joining Sensis in 1999, Mr. Tollstam worked in CNS/ATM Strategy Development at Boeing Commercial Airplane Company. He also served as Marketing Director for Hughes Aircraft, and worked for General Electric’s Aerospace Group in the capacity of radar systems engineering, marketing and implementation.

Mr. Tollstam served for ten years as an officer in the United States Army Signal Corps. He holds a MBA and a BS from Northern Illinois University.
