» Jud Gostin, Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer
|
|
Mr. Gostin has served as Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer since mid-1985 when he founded Sensis Corporation. In this role, he develops the company's goals, vision and operating philosophy. Through his leadership and direction, Sensis has grown into a market leader of sensors and information technology for the world's militaries, civil aviation authorities, airports, and airlines, with technology deployed in more than 25 countries across six continents.
Before founding Sensis, Mr. Gostin was a Program General Manager within General Electric's Radar Systems Department, responsible for a major segment of that department's business. Through much of his General Electric career, he led the development of advanced air defense systems. Mr. Gostin has been awarded two patents and, in 1978, was selected from a population of about 5,000 engineers to receive the General Electric Centennial Award as the Electronic System Division's outstanding contributor. Mr. Gostin holds a BA and MSEE from Dartmouth College.

» Larry Harris, Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Harris is the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Sensis Corporation. He is responsible for all aspects of the company's finance and accounting functions as well as investor relations. Mr. Harris has been in his current position since 1998 and formerly served as a business area manager for Sensis Corporation.
Prior to joining Sensis, Mr. Harris worked for 10 years at General Electric in a multitude of financial assignments, and three years at Syracuse China as director of financial operations. He received a BS from Cornell University and graduated from General Electric's Financial Management Program.

» Marc Viggiano, Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
|

Mr. Viggiano is the Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Sensis Corporation. As COO, Mr. Viggiano is responsible for all of Sensis' operating areas including Air Traffic Systems, Defense & Security Systems, Advanced Development and Operations.
Mr. Viggiano has more than 30 years of experience in the design and development of complex civilian and defense sensor and automation systems. Prior to becoming COO, Mr. Viggiano was Sensis' first Chief Strategy Officer. Additional roles at Sensis include leadership roles in Sensis' defense business as well as the launching of Sensis' Air Traffic Systems division in 1997 and the overseeing of its rapid growth as a leading supplier of air traffic surveillance and automation solutions.
Before joining Sensis, Mr. Viggiano worked in Advanced Sensor Systems within General Electric's Aerospace Group. He received his Executive Master's in Leadership from Georgetown University, MSEE from Syracuse University, BSEE from the Rochester Institute of Technology and is a graduate of the General Electric Advanced Course in Engineering.

» Peggy Dudarchik, Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer
|
|
Ms. Dudarchik joined Sensis Corporation in 1989 and currently serves as the Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer. In this role, she is responsible for strategic human resources planning, recruitment and staffing, employee development, training, benefits and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Sensis, Ms. Dudarchik spent nine years as a systems engineer with General Electric. As a systems engineer, she was involved in the design and development of detection and estimation algorithms for a passive sonar system for the U.S. Navy.
Ms. Dudarchik holds BS degrees in Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Electrical Engineering from University of Dayton and MS degrees in Mathematics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University. She has also graduated from the General Electric Advanced Course in Engineering.

» John Morgan, Senior Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer

Mr. Morgan is the Senior Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of Sensis Corporation. As CSO, he is responsible for strategic direction, including developing business strategies, identifying opportunities for growth inside and outside of Sensis' core businesses and engaging in new ventures. Additionally, Mr. Morgan oversees the company's corporate marketing, communications and government affairs.
Prior to joining Sensis, Mr. Morgan retired from the Navy after a distinguished 35-year career, where he attained the rank of Vice Admiral. As Vice Admiral, he held many leadership positions including participation in the Joint Chiefs of Staff, with his last assignment as Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Information, Plans and Strategy. Mr. Morgan has participated in numerous Sea tours including the first strikes of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. He holds a BS in Economics from the University of Virginia.

» Dave Kovarik, Vice President & General Manager, Defense & Security Systems

Mr. Kovarik is the General Manager of Sensis Defense & Security Systems Division, where he is responsible for leading the establishment and realization of the division's strategic vision. In this role, Mr. Kovarik is focused on the development and deployment of next generation radar and security products required to predict, sense, adapt, classify, communicate and control the highly complex, integrated and changing military environment. Previously at Sensis, Mr. Kovarik has held the position of Air Defense Systems Strategic Pursuits Manager and Expeditionary Radar Business Segment Manager.
Prior to joining Sensis in 2002, Mr. Kovarik worked for 20 years in the design, development and management of complex radar and sonar systems at General Electric, Martin Marietta and most recently Lockheed Martin.
Mr. Kovarik holds a BS in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Clarkson University and an MS in Manufacturing Engineering from Syracuse University. He is a graduate of the General Electric Advanced Course in Engineering and received the Lockheed Martin NOVA award, the corporation's highest recognition for achievement.

» John Jarrell, Vice President & General Manager, Air Traffic Systems

Mr. Jarrell is the General Manager of the Sensis Air Traffic Systems Division, where he is responsible for developing and implementing the company's aviation business strategy. In this role, Mr. Jarrell will lead and promote the development of next generation aviation data systems and oversee all aspects of the business relating to Air Traffic Management technologies.
Prior to joining Sensis, Mr. Jarrell worked for more than 20 years in the aerospace and high tech sector at Texas Instruments, Electronic Data Systems Corporation, and most recently, SITA, where he led a $500M business unit with operations in 140 countries.
Mr. Jarrell holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a MA in International Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.

» Ken Kaminski, Vice President, Advanced Development

Mr. Kaminski is the Vice President of Advanced Development. In this role, he leads the Advanced Development business area, which is focused on advanced technology and product concept developments related to the air traffic management and defense technology divisions of Sensis.
Since joining Sensis in 2003, Mr. Kaminski has led a range of successful R&D and product development initiatives. Prior to joining Sensis, Kaminski held various engineering and management positions at a global defense and information technology company.
Mr. Kaminski holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and a MS in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University.

» Tom Uva, Vice President & Chief Information Officer

Mr. Uva is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Sensis Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for the company's information technology strategy, deployment and management; systems applications and development; and IT infrastructure and protection. By leading the transition of information technology across the company, Mr. Uva works to align business and technology strategy with effective project execution and cost management, correlating technology investments with quantifiable business results.
Mr. Uva is also currently an adjunct professor at Syracuse University in the Center for Science and Technology in the School of Information Studies. Prior to joining Sensis Corporation, Mr. Uva was a Senior Director with Cendant Corporation where he was responsible for oversight and project intervention for the company's IT initiatives and the development and execution of their Project Delivery Center of Excellence.
Mr. Uva holds a MBA and a BS in Information Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

» Greg Farnham, Vice President & Director of Operations

Mr. Farnham is the Sensis Corporate Director of Operations, where he is responsible for business execution including manufacturing, procurement, all elements of logistics, field engineering, configuration and data management, quality management systems and quality assurance.
Prior to joining Sensis, Mr. Farnham worked for 25 years in the aerospace industry, starting as a software engineer, moving to program management, engineering project management, senior project management and ultimately leading a 180+ person organization. He has delivered all elements of logistics, training and field engineering around the globe, for General Electric, Martin Marietta and Lockheed Martin.
Mr. Farnham holds a BS in Computer Science from RIT and an MS in Computer & Information Science from Syracuse University. He is a PMI Certified Project Management Professional.

» Mike Gerry, Vice President, Air Traffic Systems Products and Programs

Mr. Gerry is the Vice President of Sensis Air Traffic Systems Products and Programs, where he is responsible for product development and execution of programs supporting air navigation service providers, airports and airline customers around the world.
Previously at Sensis, Mr. Gerry was director of domestic business development for Air Traffic Systems, and also served in a number of engineering, research and development and technical leadership positions. Prior to Sensis, he was an application engineer at a diversified manufacturing company.
Mr. Gerry holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware, and a MS and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Ohio State University.

» Jason Anderson, Vice President, Federal Aviation Administration Programs
|
|
Mr. Anderson joined Sensis in 1993 and currently serves as the Vice President of Sensis Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Programs, where he is responsible for the execution of critical safety programs & products that are supplied to the FAA for airports throughout the US.
Previously at Sensis, Mr. Anderson has held positions as VP of Operations, Director of Quality Assurance and has also served as the Program Manager for many Defense and FAA Programs.
Prior to joining Sensis Corporation, Mr. Anderson spent 10 years with General Electric extensively supporting the quality, manufacture, test and supportability of radar programs. He was also the Manager of Quality Systems where he was as the primary customer interface on all quality issues.
Mr. Anderson holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Clarkson University in Engineering Management.
