» JP Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge
|
This annual 3.5 mile road race is a favorite among many of our avid
and not-so-practiced walkers and runners. Each year, Sensis
sponsors employees as they enjoy a usually HOT summer afternoon of
friendly competition and fun! After the hard work is finished,
employees take the time to relax and socialize under the tent with
food, drinks, and plenty of good times. We even win once in a while!

» Golf and Stress Management Outing (GASMO)
|
This is one acronym at Sensis that you'll want to memorize - a
fun-filled day of golf, for ALL levels of athletes! Every July,
about 50 Sensis employees gather at a local country club for a
captain & crew format tournament. No handicap required! Guaranteed
to be a day full of laughs, prizes, oh and some golf in between!

» Family Summer Picnic
|
At Sensis' location in Campbell, CA, folks celebrate the sunshine with their annual family picnic. With a potluck style buffet, games and family fun, this is one day employees look forward to each year!

» Halloween Treats
|
From ghouls to goblins, princesses to fairies, Halloween provides the opportunity for employees' children to run around the office and start their begging for candy early. Some of us dress up as well and allow our "inner children" to come out and play!

» Winter Holiday Party
|
This annual event provides an opportunity for all employees to pull their suits and dresses out of the closet to enjoy a night filled with food, dancing and plenty of holiday spirit. The party is given by our CEO Jud, and his wife, Roz, in appreciation for the hard work and dedication given year-round by all employees.

» Holiday Pot Luck Lunch
|
We are definitely a company who responds well to food, and this
annual event proves it! Every year, a majority of the employees
(or employees' family members) make a dish to share with the entire
company. Tables upon tables are lined with various crockpots and
Tupperware containers to lure everyone to sample various culinary
wonders! No one ever leaves hungry!

» Sensis Golf League
|
Each spring, players hit the course at Green Lakes State Park every
Monday for fun and friendly competition. The league is popular for golf-lovers of
all levels, providing an opportunity to get outdoors and enjoy the
sport and socialization! Teams are scored each week and by the end
of the season, the top team is declared victorious at the annual
golf league celebratory dinner!

» Sensis Softball Team
|
For all softball enthusiasts, Sensis sponsors a team to go out and
face valiant opponents each week! The main objective in this league
is to have fun and share a lot of laughs!

» Sensis Indoor & Outdoor Soccer League
|
Continuing the trend of humor mixed with sports, Team SWAPS (Sensis Wannabe Athletes Playing Soccer) has the same philosophy of fun and laughter, proclaiming, "We would like to win more games!" Encompassing varying departments at Sensis, SWAPS continues to be the standard bearer of good fun, great times and the occasional win.

» Syracuse Symphony Orchestra
|
|
Each year, Sensis sponsors a Symphony concert to help support
culture and the arts in Syracuse. Employees are able to purchase
discounted tickets to this event.

» Sensis Community Service Committee
|
In support of one of Sensis' core values, a group of employees volunteer their time to plan to help out with various activities in support of the community. Volunteer activities have included: Thanksgiving food drives, holiday gift donations, park clean-ups, Red Cross blood drives, Habitat for Humanity, United Way annual campaigns and individual fundraisers for employee identified charities.

» All-Hands Meetings
|
|
All employees are invited to attend All-Hands Meetings. Our CEO, CFO and business area managers present financial and business updates to all employees in order to promote open communication throughout the organization. Off-site employees are teleconferenced into the meetings so that they don’t miss out on the important information. Of course, in typical Sensis fashion, the meeting occurs after the feeding frenzy that involves seemingly endless tables of pizza lunch!

|
Sensis also offers employees and their spouse or significant other a subsidized, state of art, on-site fitness facility at our global headquarters in East Syracuse. At the same location, employees also enjoy an on-site dining center.
