Sensis understands the challenge of combining family and work life. To help our employees accommodate their family and work needs while meeting company objectives for business success, Sensis offers some special programs and policies.

Flexible Working Hours
Flexible hours allow our employees to adjust their work schedules to fit both personal and professional needs. We simply ask that each employee keeps his/her team members informed of his/her schedule and that the job gets done well.
Working At Home
There are often times when it is necessary and appropriate for our employees to work at home on a temporary basis. With approval from Sensis management, our employees are eligible for such an arrangement.
Summer Hours
Our employees are eligible to work "Summer Hours" between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Summer Hours allow our employees to work nine-hour days Monday through Thursday and four hours on Friday.

Health and Dental Insurance
Eligible employees are provided with health, major medical, vision and dental insurance coverage for themselves and their families. Health, major medical and vision insurance are provided through Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield with an 80% corporate cost share. Dental insurance is provided through Guardian at no cost to employees. Each program provides employees and their families the flexibility to choose and pay for only the services pertinent to their situation.
Life Insurance
Sensis offers a comprehensive and versatile program designed to meet our employee's individual needs and ensure their family's financial security. The program includes corporate sponsored basic and accidental death and dismemberment coverage along with travel accidental coverage at no cost to our employees. Additional coverage options are available for our employees and their dependents to purchase.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Sensis offers confidential counseling services to all Sensis employees and their family members through HelpPeople. HelpPeople can assist individuals in resolving personal, career and work-related issues that may be affecting his/her life in negative ways.
Personal Illness Days
Eligible employees receive up to 20 days of personal illness in each calendar year. Up to 10 of these days may be used to take care of sick dependents.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Sensis offers reimbursement accounts to help our employees save taxes on expenses such as health plan co-payments and/or deductibles, orthodontic work, eye care, child and adult daycare, and adoption expenses.

Long Term Disability

Long Term Care Insurance
Optional long term care (LTC) insurance coverage. LTC provides coverage for our employees, their spouse, their parents or their parents-in-law in the event care is needed at home, in an assisted living facility, adult day care center or nursing home. By purchasing the coverage through Sensis, our employees are eligible for a discounted rate.

Vacation
Vacation time is provided to all eligible employees. The amount of vacation time given is based upon the number of years of service with the company.
Personal Business Days
Eligible employees receive up to three personal business days in each calendar year. Personal business is time to be used to transact business that cannot be handled outside of normal business hours; e.g., legal matters, house closing, motor vehicle transactions, funerals or family illness.
Holidays
Sensis provides 10 paid holidays to eligible employees each calendar year. Sensis designates eight holidays and provides up to two "floating holidays" for the employee’s choice.

Retirement Savings Plan
All Sensis employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) retirement savings plan. The plan, through the Principal Financial Group, allows individuals to invest their own money and employer matching ($.50 on the dollar up to 9%) money in a diverse group of funds from several different fund families.
Tuition Reimbursement
Sensis recognizes the importance and benefits of further education and will assist employees who wish to take job-related courses at an accredited college or university. Employees may take up to two-four credit courses per semester or up to eight credits per year.
